For all returns, please contact us with:
– your order number
– product name
– reason for the return
We will reply with instructions on how and where to return the goods.
Please also email through a photograph of the fault.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We allow 14 days to return a product for an exchange or store credit. We do not issue refunds for full price or sale items.
Sale items are non-refundable. Exchange within 7 days of purchase.
All countries have their own Customs Legislations that regulate customs clearance of the imported goods. All our customers instructing us to send their orders outside of Australia must understand that they and receivers of their orders outside of Australia have to be aware of Customs Legislation of their own countries and may be asked to pay customs duties if any of them applicable according to their own country's Customs Legislation.
Our company is not obliged and nor is responsible for being aware of Customs Legislation, Customs Clearance and Customs Duties and any other payables in all countries in the world including countries where our Customers instruct us to send their orders. This is an obligation and responsibility for our Customers and receivers of our Customer's orders.
All unopened, unused products may be returned if notified by email within 14 days of purchase date. We will not refund any open packages or used products. Everything we ship is brand new and in brand new condition and must appear this way when returned. All products are subject to a 20% fee for restocking/credit card/PayPal transaction fees.
All exchanges are free of charge including shipping both ways if the product is defective or if the wrong product/item was shipped.
If the exchange is due to customer error we will exchange free of charge, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
